Job summary

MOOV LOGISTICS is seeking a Billing Operations professional in Subang Jaya, Malaysia to manage end-to-end billing for shipments. The role focuses on preparing billing documents, ensuring costs and revenues are accurately captured, and validating data before Finance submission.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience, including 1 year in logistics operations or billing, and familiarity with 3PL/4PL processes. Knowledge of ocean/air freight billing is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience with at least 1 year in logistics operations, freight forwarding, or billing.
• Experience in 3PL/4PL operations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare billing documentation for completed shipments.
• Ensure all shipment costs and revenue are accurately captured in the system.
• Validate billing information before submission to Finance.
• Process billing adjustments, credit notes, and debit notes where applicable.
• Ensure billing is completed within agreed SLA.
