Job summary

MAC ASIA LINE SDN BHD in Bukit Tinggi, Selangor, is seeking a diligent Billing Clerk to manage the full set of accounts for shipments and issue invoices.

You will monitor collections, assist in monthly closings, and coordinate with operations and customer service to resolve billing matters. Knowledge of SST and e-invoicing is an advantage. 1-3 years in logistics billing preferred.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years working experience in Logistics/Forwarder industry preferred.
• Familiar with freight forwarding billing is an advantage.
• Knowledge of accounting software (SQL / Autocount).
• Detail-oriented and able to meet deadlines.
• Able to communicate with internal teams (operations, customer service).
• Knowledge of SST and e-invoicing is an advantage.
