Job summary

Bee Same Trading Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a detail-oriented Billing Administrator to support inventory and documentation across branches in a fast-paced retail environment.

The role offers training and growth opportunities for motivated individuals, including fresh graduates. You will handle DO and Transfer Note documentation, stock checks, filing, and coordinate with promoters and supervisors. A diploma plus 1–2 years of experience is preferred, with emphasis on accurate, timely work and strong

Qualifications

• Diploma or higher in Business Administration or related field.
• 1–2 years related experience preferred; fresh grads welcome.
• Strong planning, organizing and time management.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good attendance record.

Responsibilities

• Ensure correctly keyed-in Delivery Order (DO) and Transfer Note documents.
• Issue Transfer Note (BCREL) between consignment counters.
• Check Promoter Reports and update stock balances at branches and counters.
• Maintain an efficient filing system.
• Verify counter stock items and quantities with promoters or supervisor.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
