Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking a detail-oriented support professional to assist the sales team with account matters, client onboarding, and system access coordination. You will maintain the client database, prepare performance reports, and coordinate with Backend Operations and Marketing to ensure accurate communication across cross-border teams.

The role requires bilingual communication in Chinese and English, and a willingness to work flexible shifts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field.
• Experience or internship in finance/fintech is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in Chinese and English.
• Basic understanding of financial instruments.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong willingness to learn; good coordination, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• High attention to detail, accuracy, and accountability with client/ transactional data.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts including afternoon, midnight, and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Assist in responding to sales inquiries on account matters.
• Maintain and update client database with accurate data entry.
• Coordinate with Backend Operations Team for escalations.
• Prepare performance reports for management review.
• Research ideas to improve team efficiency.
• Coordinate with Marketing for campaigns and promotions.
• Relay system/account-related requests to Backend Ops for timely resolution.
