Job summary

ICCO Marketing (M) Sdn Bhd is seeking an entry-level administrator to support daily order processing, invoicing, and logistics tasks. The role includes coordinating with transporters, assisting the Sales team with returns and credits, and filing essential documentation.

Fresh graduates with SPM or equivalent are welcome. Proficiency in Mandarin and English is required; familiarity with SQL accounting software is a bonus and on-site training will be provided.

Qualifications

• Ability to speak and understand Mandarin and English.
• Hands-on experience with SQL accounting software is an advantage; on-site training will be provided.
• SPM or fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Prepare daily delivery orders and invoices for order delivery.
• Coordinate with transporter for shipment collection.
• Support Sales Team on goods returns and credit notes.
• Documentation filing and record keeping.
