Responsibilities

• Handle and process PO, DO, Invoice and price quotation.
• Prepare shipping and inform delivery schedule and ensure shipments meet customers.
• Attend to customer sales inquiries via phone, email, and walk-in to assist their needs.
• Liaise with the sales team to update on new product quotation, order status and delivery tracking.
• Perform administrative duties, Microsoft Word and Excel including documentation and update reports.
