Qualifications

Business-level English proficiency.
Conversational-level Japanese proficiency or above.
Educational background or technical knowledge in Electrical & Electronics Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

Handle order processing and sales administration for existing customers.
Monitor and manage delivery schedules, coordinating with customers and suppliers.
Liaise with suppliers and internal departments to ensure smooth operations.
Prepare quotations and related sales documentation.
Respond to customer inquiries and provide after-sales support.
Visiting prospective customers and building business relationships.
Researching market trends and identifying business opportunities.
