ETHOZ EQUIP CAPITAL BERHAD is seeking a responsible and organized Operation Executive to join our Equipment Rental team. You will coordinate daily rental operations, arrange delivery and technician schedules, and ensure equipment is ready for rental.

You will communicate with customers, technicians and suppliers, maintain records, monitor maintenance, and support multi-tasking in a dynamic environment. Mandarin proficiency is required for client communication.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of relevant operational experience.
• Diploma in any major or equivalent qualification.
• Good coordination and communication skills.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Responsible, organised and a good team player.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Mandarin proficiency required for communication with Mandarin-speaking clients.
• Experience in equipment rental, machinery, logistics or maintenance is an advantage.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate daily equipment rental operations
• Arrange delivery, collection and technician schedules
• Monitor equipment availability, maintenance and repair status
• Coordinate with customers, technicians, suppliers and internal teams
• Follow up on equipment breakdowns, repairs and spare parts
• Prepare and maintain operational records and documents
• Ensure equipment is properly maintained and ready for rental
• Handle other operational duties as assigned
