Job summary

Roche Malaysia is seeking an Enterprise Master Data Management Operations Specialist who will ensure seamless data flow and process compliance for global master data. You will manage supplier, customer, employee, and intercompany data, while collaborating with cross‑regional teams and driving process improvements.

The role requires fluency in English and Japanese, strong analytical skills, and experience with SAP.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Data Science, Supply Chain Management, or Operations Management.
• Experience with SAP FI, MM, CO, SD is preferred.
• Fluent in English and Japanese; strong customer focus.
• MDM experience is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Perform system analysis and incident resolution.
• Maintain master data across Supplier, Customer, Employee, and Intercompany.
• Develop and maintain process docs and training materials.
• Collaborate across regions and drive process improvements.
• Support deployment, data collection, testing, and SAP-related activities.
