Job summary

Roche in Malaysia seeks an Enterprise Master Data Management Operations Specialist who speaks Japanese. You will manage and improve master data across supplier, customer, employee and intercompany records, while ensuring data accuracy and compliance with SLAs.

You will collaborate with global teams, contribute to process documentation, and support data governance initiatives to enable accurate reporting and analytics. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Japanese, written and spoken.
• Experience with SAP modules is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Data Science, Supply Chain Management, or Operations Management.

Responsibilities

• Maintain Master Data for Supplier, Customer, Employee and Intercompany entities.
• Monitor data quality and ensure data integrity across systems.
• Handle data change requests and incidents within SLAs.
• Collaborate with Finance, Procurement and IT teams for data governance.
• Create and maintain process documentation and training materials.
• Support cross‑functional projects and system changes.
