Job summary

JHC ONLINE is seeking an Internship - E-Commerce Operation Assistant to support packing, shipping, stock management, and order processing for our online skincare and self-care product lines across TikTok Shop, Shopee, and Lazada. You will learn how to deliver excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Mandarin-speaking candidates who can read English, perform printing bills/labels, lift packages, and collaborate with a small team are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required (training provided).
• Can commit for at least 4 weeks.
• Can understand and read basic Mandarin, English.
• Basic computer skills (for printing bills/labels).
• Physically fit (able to lift/move packages as needed).
• Detail-oriented and reliable.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible and adaptable to meet the changing needs of the business.
• A team player with a positive attitude.
• Mandarin-speaking candidates who will be serving Mandarin-speaking customers.

Responsibilities

• Packing & Shipping: Accurately pack products according to order requirements and prepare them for shipment.
• Stock Management: Check and organize inventory, ensuring stock levels are updated and discrepancies reported.
• Order Processing: Print bills, invoices, and shipping labels using the company system.
• Quality Control: Inspect products for defects before packing to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Warehouse Maintenance: Keep the packing area clean, organized, and safe for operations.
• Team Collaboration: Assist with other warehouse tasks as needed.
