Job summary

Vads Business Process Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a Customer Service Professional to handle inquiries from customers across channels, resolving technical issues and product questions to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.

Requirements include BM and English proficiency, a customer-oriented mindset, and strong communication skills, with a 6-month commitment. Work schedule includes 24x7 coverage, five working days with rotating off days.

Qualifications

• Minimum qualification: SPM / Diploma / Degree.
• Proficiency in BM and English.
• Customer-oriented with strong communication skills.
• Able to commit to 6 months (based on performance, attendance & discipline).

Responsibilities

• Handle all types of customers from various channels, including correspondence.
• Provide customers with answers to technical issues and product enquiries.
• Contribute to overall customer satisfaction and loyalty through each transaction.
