Job summary

Triple H Construction & Engineering Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced Contract Manager with a strong background in construction contract management. The role focuses on contract management, claims, variations and payment applications for large-scale projects.

The ideal candidate has a minimum of 5 years in the construction industry and is familiar with PAM/FIDIC forms. Mandarin proficiency is required to better serve Mandarin-speaking customers in our projects.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, QS or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the construction industry.
• Familiarity with PAM Contract, FIDIC or other standard forms of contract.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for Contract Management, Claims, Variations and Payment Applications
• Review and manage Subcontractor Contract Documents
• Coordinate contractual matters with Clients, Consultants and Subcontractors
