Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking customer service representatives in Kuala Lumpur to handle calls, live chats, and emails for our IT-related products and services.

You will build relationships with customers, resolve inquiries professionally, and document feedback while delivering excellent service. Fresh graduates are welcome, with at least SPM or a Diploma, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Good command in English and Malay; Mandarin an added advantage.
• Minimum of 1 year of working experience in sales or customer service.
• Experience in IT industries will be an added advantage.
• Able to start immediately or on short notice.
• Well-versed in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams).
• Possess at least SPM or a Diploma in any field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Respond to incoming customers' calls, live chats, or emails.
• Handle customer enquiries and complaints professionally.
• Establish and maintain relationships with current and prospective customers to generate new business.
• Document feedback/recommendations from customers.
• Ensure excellent service is delivered to customers.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
