Job summary

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a customer service role within the related industry is preferred.
• Familiarity with customer support tools and CRM systems.
• Proficient in verbal and written Chinese and English.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients through live chat, email, social media, and phone.
• Handle a broad range of client inquiries, including onboarding, account setup, and technical issues.
• Investigate client feedback, provide timely resolutions, and escalate complex cases when necessary.
• Maintain and update handbooks and training documentation for sales clients (e.g. Onboarding guides, video tutorials, FAQ documents).
• Ad hoc administrative and operational support; generate CRM reports when needed.
