Job summary

Jusgreat Sdn Bhd, a reputable interior carpentry company with over 20 years in interior contract services, seeks an Accounts Payable leader in Malaysia. The role emphasizes managing the AP team, ensuring accurate payment processing, and strict adherence to reporting timelines.

The ideal candidate will be bilingual in Chinese and English, with 4–6 years of relevant experience, and a solid understanding of end-to-end accounting processes, from invoicing to month-end closing.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• Preferably 4–6 years of relevant experience.
• Strong ability to handle a full set of accounts independently.
• Understanding of sales, billing, receivables, purchasing, payables and workflow.
• Proficient in Chinese and English, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Oversee payment processing and AP operations.
• Review payment vouchers and supplier payments.
• Ensure compliance with payment policies and approval limits.
• Monitor AP ageing and month-end closing activities.
• Prepare management reports on AP, cash outflow and project costs.
• Support audit and tax documentation.
