Bruker Malaysia is seeking an AP Team Lead to oversee end-to-end accounts payable operations, ensuring timely invoice processing, payments, and strong vendor management. The role requires 8–10 years of AP/finance operations experience in a multinational environment, with SAP BSP and Xsuite OCR knowledge.

You will drive process improvement, maintain internal controls, and support audit requests while collaborating with regional and global finance projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in accounting or finance required.
• 8–10 years of recent accounts payable or finance operations experience.
• Recent experience leading AP operations in a shared services or multinational environment.
• Knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP BSP and electronic invoice processing tools – Xsuite OCR.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsabilités

• Oversee end-to-end Accounts Payable operations for Bruker Malaysia (BPEN).
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of supplier invoices and payment requests.
• Monitor AP ageing and resolve overdue items.
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies.
• Lead xSuite invoice processing workflows, provide user support, and drive process improvements.
