Job summary

CEKAP LINK TECH SDN. BHD. is seeking a meticulous Address Correction QA Specialist to join the Exception Response Team in Kuala Lumpur. The role uses GIS tools and USPS APIs to verify and standardize addresses, ensuring accuracy and privacy compliance.

The ideal candidate has strong English and Mandarin communication skills, prior logistics/e-commerce/customer service exposure, and a detail-oriented mindset capable of working in a shift-based environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Excellent written English and outstanding Mandarin communication skills are required to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
• Prior experience in logistics, e-commerce, or customer service is highly preferred.
• Basic understanding of US address knowledge and formats.
• Highly meticulous and rigorous, with strong problem solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel for data tracking and analysis.
• Willing to work in a shift-based schedule.

Responsibilities

• Address Verification & Standardization: Utilize GIS tools (Google Maps, Mapbox, HERE) and USPS official postal APIs to conduct address data verification, ensuring information is standardized, accurate, and compliant.
• System Operations & Root Cause Analysis: Accurately operate business systems to execute address corrections and trace the root causes of address anomalies.
• SOP Compliance & Data Integrity: Strictly adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to guarantee the timeliness, consistency, and standardization of address data updates.
• Continuous Improvement & Collaboration: Conduct regular self-reviews and actively participate in weekly departmental quality meetings to share case studies and propose process optimization suggestions.
• Ad-Hoc Verification: Execute ad-hoc verification tasks as required to support team operations.
• Data Privacy & Compliance: Strictly comply with data security and privacy protection regulations, maintain absolute confidentiality regarding customer address data, and prevent any risk of data breaches.
