Job summary

Technology Bucket is seeking a Client Support Executive in Kuala Lumpur to assess documents received from clients and categorize them into the correct request types. You will review information, verify details, and document comments for the underwriting and issuance process.

• Fluent in English; Traditional Mandarin speakers preferred for Mandarin customers.
• Proven time management skills.
• Analytical thinking and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Assess documents received from clients and organize them into the appropriate request categories.
• Review request information, verify key details, document comments, and coordinate with the Underwriting and Issuance team on complex cases requiring expert analysis.
• Perform quality assurance and audit activities by validating system outputs against client documentation and signature records, ensuring data integrity and compliance with operational requirements.
• Daily effort allocated to reviewing client-submitted documents and routing them to the appropriate team based on the request type.
• Engage part time support to perform QC and audit activities, allowing operational staff to focus on higher value work such as assessing and processing client submitted requests.
