Job description

We are seeking a meticulous and proactive QA Specialist to join our Exception Response Team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying top quality issues from BPO feedback, conducting root cause analysis, and ensuring cross-QA consistency through calibration sessions. You will also support ad-hoc redelivery verification tasks and strictly adhere to data privacy regulations.

Key responsibilities

Identify top-tier quality issues reported by BPOs (e.g., false delivery responses, missed claim registrations) and conduct thorough root cause analysis

Participate in monthly scoring calibration meetings to ensure consistency and fairness across all QA evaluators

Assist in updating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and QA standards in response to business policy changes

Execute ad-hoc verification tasks as needed; assist in verifying and dispatching redelivery work orders, and escalation system information anomalies promptly

Strictly adhere to data security and privacy protection regulations, maintain strict confidentiality regarding customer address data, and prevent any risk of data breaches

About you

Bachelor's degree preferred

Excellent written English and outstanding Mandarin communication skills required to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.

Prior experience in logistics, e-commerce, or customer service highly preferred

Highly meticulous and rigorous, with strong problem-solving skills, a sense of responsibility, and the ability to drive issues to closure

Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and efficiently handle multiple types of tasks

Willing to work in a shift-based schedule
