Job summary

CEKAP LINK TECH SDN. BHD. is seeking an Exceptional Shipment Handling Specialist for the Business Optimization Team in Kuala Lumpur.

You will verify and adjudicate exceptional shipments and issue handling instructions until closure. You will monitor real-time exception messages in Lark groups, coordinate with supervisors, and maintain a ledger with data entry, filtering, and basic analysis to support improvements.

Qualifications

• Experience in logistics, e-commerce, or customer service preferred.
• Bachelor's degree or higher required.
• Understanding of the US express delivery industry.
• Conscientious and detail-oriented.
• Proficient in Excel.
• Strong stress tolerance.
• Able to work in shifts.

Responsibilities

• Verify and adjudicate exceptional shipments (damaged items, mis-shipments).
• Determine responsibility, issue handling instructions, and follow up until closure.
• Elevate major/batch exceptions to supervisors and produce a written summary.
• Monitor and respond to exception messages in Lark groups; ensure timely communication.
• Maintain the exceptional shipment ledger and perform data entry, filtering, and basic analysis.
