Job summary

CBH Engineering Sdn Bhd in Shah Alam, Selangor, Malaysia, is seeking a Tendering and Costing Engineer for a full-time role based in our office. You will prepare competitive bids, analyze drawings and documents, and collaborate with project managers and suppliers to submit winning proposals.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a tender or cost engineering role within the construction industry.
• Proficiency in using construction estimating software.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.
• Familiarity with construction contracts, regulations, and industry best practices.
• Motivated self-starter with a proactive and collaborative approach.

Responsibilities

As a Tender and Costing Engineer at CBH Engineering Sdn Bhd, you will play a critical role in the company's success, responsible for preparing competitive bids and tenders for construction projects. Based in our office in Shah Alam, Selangor, this is a full-time position that will see you collaborate closely with project managers, quantity surveyors, and other key stakeholders to ensure the company submits winning proposals.
