Qualifications

Degree in Project Management with PMI certification or any engineering discipline.
Technical proficiency: CAD plans, AC/electrical systems, network and security systems; interior construction steps.
Experience with CAD software, MS Project, Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

Project Planning: Defining project goals, deliverables, boundaries, and work breakdown structures
Budget Management: Monitoring expenses, forecasting, and staying within financial limits
Schedule tracking: Monitoring schedule and ability to resolve issues to keep project on schedule
Risk Mitigation: Spotting potential problems early and creating a risk register or mitigation plan
Stakeholder communication: Communicate clearly on project status and expectations
Quality control: Able to manage consultants and contractors by setting clear delivery expectations
