Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 3-5 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in staffing, training, development, coaching, mentoring, and evaluating performance.
• Ability to communicate sensitive information and guide performance expectations.
• Leadership skills to motivate team impact on quality and efficiency.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products.

Responsibilities

• Provide formal supervision to employees, monitor training and development, and conduct evaluations.
• Coordinate and manage daily team activities, set schedules and deadlines.
• Distribute documents to keep the business development team updated on progress.
• Assist with proposals to fulfill identified business opportunities.
• Coordinate the bid process to ensure timely delivery of deadlines.
• Attend client site visits and prepare presentations.
• Act as liaison between client and company throughout the bid process.
• Contribute to agendas for client workshops and manage follow-up.
• Maintain excellent client relationships and after-sales support.
• Raise company profile by representing CBRE at industry events.
• Lead by example aligning with CBRE RISE values and cross-functional collaboration.
• Identify and resolve day-to-day issues in processes.
