Job summary

Haworth International is seeking an Associate, Bid and Design in Kuala Lumpur to support sales and project teams with design and specification work. You will coordinate pricing, prepare bills of quantity and product specifications, and liaise with factories and suppliers to meet tender requirements.

The role involves creating proposals, visuals, and PowerPoint presentations, plus maintaining accurate drawings and archives. Fresh graduates welcomed; 1-year commitment expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of commercial experience in preparing quotations
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, AutoCAD, PCON, Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, SketchUp, and Project Symbols
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills
• Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently and in a team
• Willing to commit to a 1-year contract position

Responsibilities

• Support Sales and Project teams on design and specification work
• Prepare design and specification documents with bill of quantities and product specs
• Coordinate with Haworth factories and third-party suppliers for pricing and lead times
• Create tender proposals and visual presentations in PowerPoint
• Maintain drawings and files in an archive library and ensure timely submissions
