Job summary

Classic Emas (Sarawak) Sdn. Bhd., a well established aluminum furniture manufacturer in Malaysia, is expanding and seeking a capable candidate to assist our Beranang, Selangor branch.

The role combines Sales support with essential administrative duties. You will assist the Branch Manager in achieving sales targets, handle customer inquiries, prepare quotations, maintain customer databases, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in sales or administrative support.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities; English, Malay, Mandarin an advantage.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Customer-focused with proactive problem-solving mindset.
• Ability to work independently and under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Branch Manager in achieving sales targets and business development goals.
• Handle customer inquiries, prepare quotations, and follow up on sales leads.
• Maintain and update customers database and sales records.
• Prepare sales reports and performance summaries.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Administrative support: manage day-to-day office documentation, filing, scheduling.
• Ensure branch operations by managing supplies, equipment, maintenance.
• Liaise with other departments and vendors as needed.
