Qualifications

• Experience in supervisory role in a processing plant, mining, or related industry preferred.
• Knowledge of ore beneficiation and mineral processing is an advantage.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Able to supervise workers and manage daily plant operations.
• Willing to work rotating day/night shifts.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily beneficiation plant operations.
• Monitor ore processing activities to meet production targets.
• Oversee plant workers and shift management.
• Monitor plant machinery and equipment for smooth operations.
• Identify operational issues and coordinate corrective actions.
• Prepare production reports and updates to management.
