Job summary

EMAX Beauté International Sdn Bhd invites energetic individuals to join as Trainee Beauty Therapists in Malaysia. You will receive full training, learn facial, skincare and slimming treatments, and support senior consultants throughout treatments.

The program offers onboarding, certifications, and clear progression from trainee to outlet manager, with a competitive basic salary, commissions, and staff discounts.

Qualifications

• Passionate about beauty, skincare, and wellness.
• Friendly, presentable, and customer-focused.
• Willing to learn with a positive working attitude.
• No experience required; full training provided by Emax Academy.

Responsibilities

• Participate in training on product knowledge and service protocols.
• Assist senior consultants and therapists in delivering Emax's signature beauty and aesthetic services.
• Learn and perform facial, skincare, and slimming treatment procedures under guided supervision.
• Provide warm, professional customer service and support clients throughout their treatment journey.
• Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness according to Emax's operational guidelines.
• Help with daily centre operations including appointment coordination and customer follow-ups.
