LUMI Beauty is seeking two hands-on Marketing Executives to strengthen our Instagram and XHS presence. Successful candidates will be assigned a primary platform based on experience and language abilities, while collaborating as a team to maintain a consistent LUMI brand direction.

The roles require creativity, end-to-end execution of content campaigns, and a strong eye for premium beauty aesthetics. Prior experience in social media or brand marketing is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in social media, content marketing or brand marketing.
• Strong understanding of Instagram or XHS platform trends.
• Experience in content planning and end-to-end execution.
• Strong branding and visual aesthetics.
• Strong copywriting and organizational skills.
• Experience in beauty, skincare, fashion or lifestyle is an advantage.
• Written and spoken Chinese mandatory for XHS focus.
• Chinese proficiency preferred for Instagram focus.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute content strategies for Instagram or XHS.
• Plan content calendars, social media grids and platform-specific storytelling.
• Create content concepts, captions, visuals, Reels and short-form videos.
• Develop go-to-market concepts and social media proposals for product launches, campaigns and collaborations.
• Manage the complete content process, from ideation and planning to production and posting.
• Coordinate and participate in content and campaign shoots.
• Brief and collaborate with designers, photographers, videographers, creators and KOLs.
• Manage daily posting, community engagement and account activity.
• Monitor content performance, audience growth and campaign results.
• Identify relevant beauty, lifestyle and social media trends.
• Ensure all content reflects LUMI’s aesthetic, positioning and communication style.
• Support both local and international social media accounts when required.
