Randstad Malaysia is seeking a Senior Product Executive for skincare to lead product development from concept to commercial launch. You will bridge clients with R&D, purchasing, and packaging teams, overseeing timelines, costing, and cross-functional execution to deliver high-quality skincare products.

The role requires organizing cross-functional processes, clear communication, and hands-on involvement in costings and timelines to ensure timely market delivery.

Qualificações

• Bachelor degree in Chemistry, Biology, Business, or related field with exposure to personal care or skincare preferred.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in the personal care or skincare industry.
• Demonstrated ability to manage full product development cycles and coordinate with key clients.

Responsabilidades

• Manage end-to-end NPD projects from initial enquiry through formulation to commercial readiness.
• Monitor project timelines, milestones, and approvals to ensure timely completion.
• Identify risks or delays early and coordinate corrective actions with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Act as central coordination contact between customers, packaging suppliers, R&D, and internal departments.
• Coordinate packaging sourcing, quotations, MOQs, and supplier lead times.
• Prepare costings and quotations, and maintain project documentation per NPD processes.
