Job summary

LASERO SDN. BHD. in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a friendly, sales-driven Beauty Consultant to join our Hartamas outlet. You will focus on customer consultation, sales and handling enquiries; no hands-on treatments required.

Responsibilities include guiding customers, following up enquiries via WhatsApp and channels, converting enquiries into sales, and delivering a positive shopping experience. Training will be provided and performance incentives offered.

Qualifications

• Sales experience is preferred
• Candidates from retail, customer service, telesales or other sales backgrounds are encouraged to apply
• Confident in communicating with customers
• Good sales and customer service skills
• Able to communicate in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Positive attitude, responsible and willing to learn
