Job summary

Luxasia in Kuala Lumpur seeks dynamic beauty consultants to deliver personalized skincare consultations and hospitality to guests. You will recommend products based on skin needs, achieve sales targets, and maintain strong after-sales relationships while supporting inventory and POS operations.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant sales experience, preferably in luxury beauty.
• Fresh graduates with beauty/cosmetology/fashion degrees are encouraged to apply.
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Be the brand ambassador and provide personalized skincare consultations to guests.
• Welcome guests, deliver hospitality, and upsell products and services.
• Recommend skincare products and rituals based on guest skin needs.
• Achieve personal and outlet sales targets.
• Maintain after-sales relationships with guests and ensure retention.
• Perform inventory replenishment and keep the outlet clean and tidy.
• Operate POS cashier and handle various payment methods.
• Support ongoing skincare training and product knowledge development.
• Be a self-driven team player with strong interpersonal skills.
• Able to work retail hours with market-aligned salary & incentives.

Job Responsibilities

• Be the brand ambassador and provide personalized consultation and service to guests through sharing product knowledge and skincare expertise

• Hosts, welcome and provide hospitality to guests

• Provide personalized consultation and recommend skincare products and service rituals to guests based on their skin needs

• Achieve personal sales and outlet targets

• Maintain excellent after-sales relationship with all guests

• Perform inventory replenishment and basic housekeeping to ensure outlet is clean and tidy

• Operate POS cashier register and handle various mode of payments

• Perform any other duties as assigned

• Fluent in communication, well-groomed and confident

• Self-driven team player with an excellent interpersonal skill

• At least 2 years of relevant sales experience, where experience in luxury beauty sales is preferred

• Fresh graduate with a degree in beauty, cosmetology, fashion, or related fields are encouraged to apply

• Passionate about the beauty industry and current trends.

• On-the-job training and skincare training will be provided
