Job summary

SRKK AI Academy in Shah Alam is seeking a BD Executive to grow our capabilities development solutions business. You will identify opportunities, understand customer needs, and tailor training solutions to win new business.

The role emphasizes building relationships with HR, L&D, managers and senior leaders, promoting public programmes, and developing in-house training opportunities to meet sales targets.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Sales or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Develop new customers and business opportunities.
• Promote and sell our public training programmes.
• Identify and develop in-house corporate training opportunities.
• Build relationships with HR, L&D, managers and business leaders.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable training solutions.
• Prepare proposals and quotations with our programme team.
• Follow up on leads and opportunities and close deals.
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers.
• Work closely with the Marketing and Programme teams to generate new opportunities.
• Achieve agreed sales and revenue targets.
