• Experience in Banking/Finance analytics, GL, MAS, GST, regulatory reporting.
• Unix/Windows platforms, batch scheduling, DB querying, BI tools.
• ITIL-like incident and problem management experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Provide application support to business users and respond to queries promptly.
• Resolve incidents to meet SLA; perform root cause analysis to prevent recurrence.
• Collaborate with development teams for production releases and transitions.
• Follow change management processes and document quality impacts.
• Participate in DR/BCM activities and capacity management.
• Prepare management reporting and support project initiatives as needed.
