Ormond Group in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a friendly bartender to prepare cocktails, coffee, tea, and non-alcoholic options, and to deliver attentive service while maintaining cleanliness.
You will work with a team, support bar operations and events, handle stock, follow SOPs, and grow into leadership roles over time. Basic English is required; Malay is a plus, and you must have the right to work in Malaysia.
Prepare and serve cocktails, classics, coffee, tea, and zero-proof beverages according to recipes and presentation standards
Deliver friendly, attentive service and create a welcoming guest experience
Support daily bar operations including opening and closing duties
Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, including glassware, tools, fridges, and workstations
Ensure proper stock handling, including restocking, rotation, and minimizing waste
Assist in maintaining bar standards, SOPs, and hygiene requirements
Work closely with the team to ensure smooth and efficient service
Handle guest feedback professionally and elevate when needed
Support events, promotions, and menu updates when required

You Will Stand Out If You Have1–2 years of bartending or F&B service experience
Knowledge of cocktails, spirits, beer, wine, and coffee basics
Barista experience or coffee knowledge is an advantage
Food Handler certification or relevant training
Experience in events or high-volume service environments
Strong teamwork and customer service mindset
