Pullman Kuching is seeking a Bartender to join our Food & Beverage team in Kuching, Malaysia. You will prepare and serve beverages, ensuring a friendly, professional guest experience while maintaining high service standards and bar operations.

Minimum 1–2 years in a bartender or related role is preferred. Hotel/restaurant hospitality experience is an advantage; English communication is essential. Shift work, weekends and public holidays required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Bartender or in a similar F&B role.
• Experience in hotel, restaurant, bar, or hospitality environment is an advantage.
• Good knowledge of beverages, cocktails, and bar service.
• Good communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes.
• Provide friendly and professional service to guests.
• Take beverage orders and ensure orders are served accurately and promptly.
• Maintain knowledge of the beverage menu and make recommendations.
• Ensure the bar is clean, organised, and properly set up before and during service.
• Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory and beverage requisitions.
• Handle cash and POS transactions.
• Maintain hygiene and safety standards.
• Support promotions, events, and activities organized by the hotel.
• Work with F&B team to ensure smooth service.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor or management.

About the Role

Pullman Kuching is looking for a Bartender to join our Food & Beverage team. You will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages while ensuring a friendly, professional, and enjoyable experience for our guests. You will work closely with the F&B team to maintain high service standards, product quality, cleanliness, and smooth daily operations of the bar.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes.
• Provide friendly and professional service to guests.
• Take beverage orders and ensure orders are served accurately and promptly.
• Maintain good knowledge of the beverage menu and make recommendations to guests when required.
• Ensure the bar is clean, organised, and properly set up before and during service.
• Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory and beverage requisitions.
• Follow proper procedures for handling cash and POS transactions.
• Maintain proper hygiene, food safety, and workplace safety standards.
• Handle guest requests and feedback professionally.
• Support promotions, events, and special activities organised by the hotel.
• Work closely with other F&B team members to ensure smooth service.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor or management.

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM2,500.00 per month

Work Location: In person
