Job summary

Zuspresso (M) Sdn Bhd is hiring for a cafe service role in Penang. You will prepare and serve beverages, greet customers, describe menu items, and help with payments while maintaining high service standards.

The role welcomes non-baristas as training will be provided and candidates with English and Bahasa Malaysia proficiency are preferred. Vaccination and reliable transport are noted as requirements.

Qualifications

• Vaccinated with at least 2 doses.
• Secondary School/SPM certificate required.
• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Good interpersonal skills, energetic and willing to learn new knowledge.
• Own transport preferred.
• Non-barista candidates welcome as training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve hot and cold drinks as per recipe and presentation standards.
• Clean and sanitize work and seating areas, utensils and equipment.
• Responsible for stock arrangement.
• Greet and connect with every customer.
• Describe menu items, service and recommend products to customers.
• Receive and process customer payments.
• Ensure high quality of service.
