Job summary

Jora Malaysia in Kuala Lumpur is hiring entry-level cafe crew to support daily operations. Training will be provided, and no prior experience is required.

You will greet customers, take orders, prepare beverages, take payments, and ensure a clean, welcoming seating area, while upholding high service standards. Shifts include public holidays and weekends; candidates with own transport or easy public transit access are preferred.

Qualifications

• Candidate with SPM is required or equivalent.
• No prior working experience required.
• Willing to work on shift, public holidays and weekends.
• Possess own transport or willing to take public transport.
• Female candidate is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Greeting customers in a friendly manner and taking food and drink orders.
• Preparing and serving beverages such as coffee and tea and other specialty drinks.
• Working at highest standard at all times to ensure outlets product and service quality.
• Answering customers’ questions about menu choices.
• Promoting and recommending menu options to customers.
• Taking payment from customers.
• Keeping the work environment and cafe seating area clean, sanitary and organized.
• Responding to and resolving customer concerns or complaints.
