Job summary

Signature Market in Kuala Lumpur is seeking both Junior Barista and Senior Barista to join our outlet team and deliver consistent beverage quality, ensure health and safety standards, and maintain cleanliness and stock levels.

Candidates must communicate in English, be 18+, Malaysian citizens, and ready for 6 days of work per week with shift rotations; training is provided, OT is paid, and opportunities for advancement depend on experience.

• 2+ years for Senior Barista is preferred (as stated).
• OT and shift work required.
• Training provided by company.

• Maintain standards for all product preparations per company requirements.
• Ensure health and safety standards, equipment usage and maintenance.
• Maintain cleanliness standards for the outlet.
• Manage outlet inventory and stock.
• Ensure smooth daily operations of the outlet.
• Assist in creating seasonal beverages.

Requirements

Able to communicate in English.

6 working days per week (shift rotation).

At least 2 years of working experience as a Barista is required for the Senior Barista position.

Salary based on experience.

Overtime (OT) and shift work required.

Ability to work proactively and independently.

School leavers and fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Smoking or Vaping is prohibited to uphold our brand and promote a healthy lifestyle.

Pleasant appearance, with no tattoos or no visible tattoos.

Must be age 18 and above and Malaysian citizen.

Professional barista training will be provided.

Training and Statutory will be provided (for eg. EPF, SOCSO).

Overtime pay (when required to OT).

Salary range:

Junior Barista: RM1,800.00 – RM2,300.00

Senior Barista: RM2,800.00 – RM4,000.00 (depending on experience)
