Job summary

Eternal Meteor Sdn Bhd is hiring a cafe team member at Pavilion Bukit Bintang to craft beverages and deliver great customer experiences.

You will prepare coffee, tea, smoothies and other drinks to PAUL's standards, operate equipment, and ensure quality, cleanliness and stock management. Training will be provided for barista skills, and weekend/public holiday shifts are expected.

Qualifications

• Barista experience is a plus, but training will be provided.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable standing for long periods.
• Available for weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Prepare coffee, tea, chocolate, smoothies and other beverages according to PAUL's standards.
• Operate and clean espresso machines, grinders, blenders and other equipment.
• Ensure drinks meet quality, portion, temperature and presentation standards.
• Welcome customers, take orders, answer enquiries and recommend products.
• Keep the outlet clean, organised and well-stocked.
• Check stock, replenish supplies and minimise wastage using FIFO/FEFO.
• Follow food safety, Halal, hygiene and food-handling requirements.
• Support teammates with opening, closing and daily outlet tasks.
