Job summary

The Hyphen Sdn Bhd is hiring a Barista for an on-site role in Malaysia. You’ll handle WhatsApp and online orders, promote cafe offerings, and ensure accurate pickup/delivery.

Maintain hygiene and cafe cleanliness with a friendly approach. Requirements include 2 years of Barista experience and proficiency in Chinese, with a full-time schedule and opportunities

Qualifications

• Greet customers and take orders with a friendly, professional manner.
• Process payments accurately and provide efficient service.
• Prepare and serve coffee, beverages and specialty drinks to cafe standards.
• Answer menu questions, promote items and handle orders via WhatsApp/online forms.
• Maintain hygiene, cleanliness and organization of the cafe, counter and equipment.

Responsibilities
