Job summary

Zuspresso (M) Sdn Bhd in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a friendly barista to prepare and serve hot and cold drinks according to our recipes and presentation standards.

You will greet customers, describe menu items, upsell products, handle payments, and maintain a clean, sanitary work area. English and Bahasa Malaysia proficiency, a positive attitude, and willingness to learn are essential; own transport is a plus.

Training is provided for candidates with no barista experience.

Qualifications

• Vaccinated with at least 2 doses.
• Secondary School/SPM certificate required.
• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia (written and spoken).
• Good interpersonal skills, energetic and eager to learn.
• Prefer candidates with own transport.
• Non-barista experience welcomed with training provided.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve hot and cold drinks according to recipe and presentation standard
• Clean and sanitize work and seating areas, utensils, and equipment
• Responsible for stock arrangement
• Greet and connect with every customer
• Describe menu items, service and up-sell products to customers
• Receive and process customer payments
• Ensure high quality of service
