The Hyphen Sdn Bhd is hiring a Barista for an on-site role in Malaysia. You will greet customers, take orders, prepare and serve coffee and beverages, process payments, and assist with cake and dessert orders. You’ll handle WhatsApp and online orders, promote cafe offerings, and ensure accurate pickup/delivery.

Maintain hygiene and cafe cleanliness with a friendly approach. Requirements include 2 years of Barista experience and proficiency in Chinese, with a full-time schedule and opportunities

This Full time on site position offers great opportunities for career growth. Greet customers, take food & beverage orders, process payments and provide friendly, professional service. Prepare and serve coffee, beverages and specialty drinks according to café standards. Answer menu enquiries, recommend and promote food and beverage options. Handle customer enquiries and orders through WhatsApp and online ordering forms. Manage cake and dessert orders, including recording order details, confirming payments, compiling orders and coordinating pickup/delivery. Ensure customers receive the correct orders and quantities during pickup or delivery. Maintain good customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction. Keep the café, counter, bar and equipment clean, sanitary and organized. Monitor and replenish supplies to ensure smooth daily operations. Follow proper food hygiene and safety procedures, including safe handling of hot beverages and equipment. Work efficiently during busy periods and assist with other café duties as required.

Job Type: Full-time Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,100.00 per month
