Job summary

ZUS Coffee in Seremban is seeking friendly café attendants to join our team. You will prepare and serve hot and cold beverages, greet customers, and help maintain a clean, welcoming space. Training will be provided for non-barista applicants.

Responsibilities include describing menu items, handling payments, stocking and sanitising work areas, and ensuring high quality service in a fast-paced environment. Fluency in English and Malay is required.

Qualifications

• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Fluent in Bahasa Melayu (Malay).
• Vaccinated with at least 2 doses.
• Own transport is preferred.
• Non-barista applicants are welcome as training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve hot and cold drinks according to recipe and presentation standards.
• Clean and sanitize work and seating areas, utensils, and equipment.
• Responsible for stock arrangement.
• Greet and connect with every customer.
• Describe menu items, service and recommend products to customers.
• Receive and process customer payments.
• Ensure high quality of service.
