Job summary

PD BEYOND FOOD SDN BHD is seeking a friendly and proactive team member to greet customers, take orders, and provide attentive service in our Kuala Lumpur outlet. You will help ensure accurate food and beverage orders, respond to enquiries, and maintain a positive dining experience for every guest.

The role covers coffee and beverage preparation, following standard recipes, operating beverage equipment, and maintaining a clean, well-organized beverage station.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, take orders, and provide friendly and attentive service.
• Ensure food and beverage orders are accurate and served promptly.
• Handle customer enquiries and feedback professionally.
• Maintain a positive dining experience for all customers.
• Prepare coffee, tea, and other hot and cold beverages according to the outlet's standards.
• Follow standard recipes and ensure consistent beverage quality and presentation.
• Operate beverage equipment properly and maintain cleanliness at the beverage station.
• Assist with beverage preparation and learn new recipes when required.
• Assist with opening and closing duties, including setting up the service and beverage stations.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene throughout the outlet.
• Monitor and replenish beverage ingredients, utensils, and supplies.
• Work closely with kitchen and service team members to ensure smooth operations.
• Follow company SOPs, food safety requirements, and work procedures.
• Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor.
