You will handle payments, maintain a clean workspace, assist with stock, promote menu items, and participate in training to become a skilled barista; attractive bonuses and career growth opportunities are offered.

Qualificações

• Must-have SPM cert in any field.
• Vaccinated for Typhoid.
• Good written and spoken English/Malay.
• Energetic, personable and eager to learn.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and serve hot and cold drinks according to SOP.
• Clean and sanitize work and seating areas, utensils, and equipment.
• Responsible for stock arrangement.
• Welcome customers and communicate with every customer.

A Barista role involving the preparation and serving of hot and cold drinks such as coffee, tea and specialty beverages according to recipe and presentation standards, along with customer service and café operations.

Key responsibilities

Prepare and serve hot and cold drinks such as coffee, tea and specialty beverages according to recipe and presentation standard (SOP)

Clean and sanitize work and seating areas, utensils, and equipment

Responsible for stock arrangement

Welcome customers and communicate with every customer

Describe menu items, service and recommend products to customers

Receive and process customer payments

Evaluating and modifying processes to improve efficiency and quality of service

Practice relevant Halal and safety standards

About you

Vaccinated with Injection Thypoid

Must possess at least SPM certificate in any field

Good communication of both written and spoken English / Malay

Good interpersonal skills, energetic and willing to learn new knowledge

Basic skills in preparing beverages (Non-barista experience candidates are welcome to apply as training will be provided)
