Job summary

Kopi Saigon is hiring a barista in Seremban, Negeri Sembilan to craft coffees and tea with care in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Drink Preparation: Crafting coffees (lattes, cappuccinos, espresso) to recipe, including grinding, tamping, and steaming milk.
• Customer Service: Greeting guests, taking orders, answering menu questions, and delivering a welcoming experience.
• Maintenance: Cleaning the espresso machine, utensils, and service areas to meet health and safety standards.
• Operations: Processing cash/card payments, monitoring inventory, and restocking supplies.
• Menu Knowledge: Promoting products and offering recommendations.
