• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee/bar station.
• Assist in preparing and plating desserts, pastries, cakes, and café-style sweet items.
• Provide warm, friendly, and attentive customer service.
• Recommend drinks and desserts based on customer preferences.
• Create a welcoming café atmosphere for guests.
• Handle customer feedback professionally and positively.
• Support cashiering and daily café operations when needed.
• Assist with stock monitoring and ingredient preparation.
• Work closely with kitchen and service crew to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety standards at all times.

Pastry & Dessert Support

• Basic pastry or bakery experience is highly preferred
• Ensure desserts are presented attractively and consistently
