Job summary

SIPPING CORNER PUCHONG in Selangor is seeking an engaging Barista who is passionate about food and beverage preparation to join our fast-paced cafe team. You will greet customers, take and prepare orders, brew coffee and tea to high standards, and help maintain a clean, welcoming dining area.

Working 6 days a week with a team in a busy environment. Fluency in BM and English is preferred; Mandarin is an advantage.

Qualifications

• SPM is the minimum education requirement.
• Strong listening and communication abilities.
• BM and English preferred; Mandarin is an advantage.
• Six days a week.
• Able to work in a fast-paced cafe environment.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming customers, informing them about specials or new items, answering questions, and accepting orders and payments.
• Preparing foods, such as cakes to serve customer, and grinding and blending coffee beans, brewing coffee and tea, and serving items to customers.
• Cleaning and restocking work and dining areas, emptying trash, and sanitizing equipment and utensils.
• Updating signage and displays to attract customers.
• Adhering to all food safety regulations and quality controls.
