Job summary

KOI Café Group in Malaysia is seeking energetic staff to join our F&B team. Both full-time and part-time applicants are welcome; no experience required as on-the-job training is provided.

Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply and must be able to work shifts including nights, weekends, and public holidays. Responsibilities include providing outstanding customer service, following SOPs at each station, preparing beverages, handling orders and payments, keeping the outlet clean, and supporting

Qualifications

• Minimum education level Secondary/SPM/O'Level.
• Ability to communicate in both English and Bahasa Malaysia as this candidate will be engaging with customers.
• Able to work shifts, night shifts, weekends, eve of public holidays and public holidays on 6 day/week, 8 hours/day (including break time).
• Cooperative and helpful with other team members.
• Enthusiastic, energetic, hardworking, dedicated, and passionate about the F&B industry.
• Independent and able to multi-task.
• Able to start work in short notice and adapt to work environment would be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding and enthusiastic customer service at all times
• Follow standard operational procedures and guidelines at each station
• Prepare beverages and necessary ingredients according to company's standard, handle customer orders and payment
• Ensure outlet cleanliness and tidiness
